The tour group will link up in Cunnamulla by 1:00pm on 29 June. After a quick briefing we will depart Cunnamulla for a special station stay at Alroy Station. The campground includes artesian hot tubs, plenty of birds and other wildlife, and nearby waterholes with yabbies, so there will be time to explore and relax before a mouth-watering dinner.
Over the next few days we will visit Cameron Corner (the corner of QLD/NSW/SA), camp beside the Strzelecki Track, visit a long-abandoned town with a working underground bakery, enjoy another artesian hot tub, drive the length of the Birdsville Track, and plenty more. Our night in Birdsville includes accommodation, dinner and breakfast at the iconic Birdsville Hotel, so we can roll into the Bash fully refreshed and well fed. There will be time to explore Birdsville and refuel before heading to Bashville the day before the music starts.
After the Bash, there are some ‘must do’ stops on the way home. Our route takes in the Rainbow Serpent and includes a night camped at the legendary Betoota Hotel. We will visit Haddon Corner (QLD/SA) and the Burke and Wills ‘Dig Tree’ on the banks of Cooper Creek. The tour will conclude with a second night at Alroy Station the evening of 11 July, including a final group dinner to relive our adventure and farewell new friends.
You will be free to make your own way home from the Alroy Station Campground.

Payment Options
Bookings made within six weeks of the scheduled tour start date require full payment at the time of booking.
For bookings made more than six weeks before the scheduled tour start date, you may either:
(a) pay the total booking price in full at the time of booking; or
(b) pay a minimum deposit of 30% of the total booking price at the time of booking, with the balance payable in one or more instalments by the due date(s) specified on an invoice we will issue you.
Payment Methods
Payment may be made by bank transfer (BSB and account number or PayID) or by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal through our website.
Payment by bank transfer can be arranged by completing an invoice request form or by contacting us.
Cancellations
For a change-of-mind cancellation more than six weeks before departure, choose a 24-month tour credit or a refund less $75. Within six weeks, change-of-mind cancellations are normally non-refundable. Your statutory rights still apply.
